1. Returns
We accept returns within [14/30] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
Used cleaning products or containers that have been opened
Gift cards
Items marked as “Final Sale”
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@goodtonicllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
Refunds are not issued for:
Items returned in damaged or used condition
Products returned without prior authorization
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges

Contact your bank (processing time can vary)
